Refunds and cancellation

The plans

• DCCH Chart: $9.99 per month or $99 per year.
• DCCH Membership (includes DCCH Chart): $19.99 per month or $199 per year.
• DCCH Sentinel: $39.99 per month or $399 per year.
• All memberships (DCCH Chart + DCCH Membership + DCCH Sentinel): $49.99 per month or $499 per year.

No free trial. Monthly plans are charged every 30 days and yearly plans every 365 days through our payment processor, Whop, and renew automatically until you cancel.

Cancel

Cancel any time, no call needed: at dcch.us/membership → "Manage or cancel", or from your Whop account or the receipt you get by email. You keep access until the end of the period already paid (the month or the year) and you are not charged again.

Refunds

Monthly plans are not refundable, neither in full nor for unused days: you can cancel at any time and the paid month stays active until it ends.

Yearly plans: if you change your mind within the first 14 days after paying, write to jdt@dcch.us and we refund what you paid minus the price of one month of that plan (for example, from the $199 yearly plan we refund $179.01); you keep access until that first month ends. After 14 days the yearly plan is not refundable: you can cancel the renewal and it stays active until the end of the paid year.

If we charged you by mistake (a double charge or a charge after you canceled), write to jdt@dcch.us and we will fix it.

App Store or Google Play purchases

The DCCH Sentinel in-app subscription is charged and canceled by Apple or Google; its refunds follow each store's rules.

Before disputing with your bank

Write to us first: we solve it faster. By paying you accept these terms and the Terms of Service.
