1. Not advice
D&C Capital Holdings 1M LLC makes software and study tools. We are not investment advisers, brokers or custodians: we do not give personal recommendations, we do not know your financial situation, we do not handle your money and we do not decide for you. Nothing we publish is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, option or contract.
2. We do not invite you to trade
Nothing on this site or in the apps is an invitation or an incentive to trade. The numbers, tables, account examples and statistics are information about the past, not a promise or a suggestion of what you should do.
3. The strategies are samples
The strategies that come in the apps (for example, the cross and the Bollinger "eyes") and the preset companies are samples to study: they show how a strategy is measured and how it would have done on past data. Their results are simulated: they are computed after the fact and do not include everything that happens live (delays, different fills, data or connection outages). What happened before does not guarantee what will happen.
4. So you can study your own strategy
The builder, Statistics, Replay and Paper test (simulated money) exist so you can study and test your own strategy before risking anything: with history, with past days candle by candle, and in the app with no real money. We recommend always testing in Paper test first.
5. What you decide to do is your own decision
Whether you trade, with which strategy, with how much money and in which account is your decision and your responsibility. If you connect your brokerage account and turn on automatic trading, the orders go out in your account, under your supervision and at your risk; you can turn it off at any time. Review what the app does and do not let it trade money you cannot afford to lose.
6. Risks
- Trading options is high risk: you can lose everything you invest, and same-day options can go to zero within hours.
- Data can have errors or delays, and the apps or the server can fail. Paper test prices are not the same as real fills.
- If you need advice for your situation, talk to a licensed financial adviser.
